Faulty Products and Incorrect Shipments
- Faulty Products: If you receive a faulty product, please contact our customer service team immediately. We will provide instructions for returning the faulty product and arrange for a replacement or refund. We are not responsible for products damaged during shipping. If the faulty product has been used, we may not coordinate a return or refund. It is up to the discretion of our Team.
- Incorrect Shipments: If you receive a product that was not what you ordered, please notify us within 5 business days of receiving the item. We will arrange for the correct product to be sent and provide instructions for returning the incorrect item.
Return Conditions
- Unused and Undamaged Products: Products must be returned in their original condition, unused, undamaged, and in the original BarcodeLabels.com packing. Returns that do not meet these criteria may be subject to a charge for the used or damaged products.
- Return Request: Customers must request a return or replacement within 10 business days of receiving their order. Once the return request is approved, you will have 10 more business days to return the item(s). Failure to return the item(s) within this timeframe will result in a charge for the item(s).
- Return Shipping: For faulty products or incorrect shipments, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for the return. For other returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated by our Team.
- Ordering The Wrong Item: If a customer orders the wrong item, and our Team fulfills what is on the order, it is up to the customer to coordinate shipping back to our warehouse with all of the item, packing, and packing accessories intact.
Return Process

- Ship the Item: Carefully pack the item, including all original packaging and accessories, and ship it back to us using the provided instructions.
- Processing: Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and process your refund or replacement.
Additional Information
Partial Refunds: In some cases, only partial refunds may be granted (if applicable), such as items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Charge for Used/Damaged Products: If returned items are used or damaged, we reserve the right to charge the customer for the used or damaged product.
Non-Returnable Items: Certain items, such as personalized products or items marked as final sale, are not eligible for return. Items that have been used are not returnable. Items requested to be returned outside of the timeframe above (10 business days to notify our Team, then 10 business days to return the item after the return is coordinated) are not returnable.
Credits: Due to the nature of our site, we do not offer credits. We only offer refunds or replacements.
