Damaged and defective products are eligible for refunds and returns for up to 90 days after receipt of the item. If 90 days have passed since your purchase, a refund or exchange of an item will not be granted.

When returning an item, please send back in original packaging to be eligible for refund. You will receive a confirmation email that your return has been received. If your refund is approved, you will receive an additional email confirming that a refund is being processed.

When returning an item for an exchange, the product must also be in original packaging and returned within 90 days. If exchanging for the same item, you will receive an email confirmation that we have received your return following an email with information on the replacement order.

If you are returning due to receipt of the wrong item, please note that additional charges may apply.

  1. Your order number
  2. Why you are returning the item
  3. If you would like a refund or an exchange

A return shipping label will be provided to you upon receipt of your email.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please note that it may take 5-7 days for the refund to be returned to your account.

Refunds will be granted based off the amount of product returned, minus the cost of shipping.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received your refund more than 7 days after refund approval, contact your credit card company to verify.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
